A Brief History On How I Got Into Robotics   Recently updated !


Robotics technology is mainstream now, it seems to be evolving much more rapidly than when I first started learning about them in more technical detail.

My interest in robotics is just like any other person with a fascination for Tech.  But, my background is not the same as many Roboticists.   These days, many of the best minds I meet, are either Undergrad, or PhD students in Computer Science, Big Data, or Artificial Intelligence (AI.)

In recent years I have had the opportunity to work on Telepresence Robots, Cloud based robots, Aerial Drones that charge themselves, Robotics Pets, Kuka robots used for Industrial use and calibration, and I’ve been lucky enough to see some of the early prototypes of some Silicon Valleys startups.
